The material registered in our systems is public information and may, in accordance with the principle of public access to official documents, be made openly available if it does not contain classified details.
The application is processed in an automated register. Decisions on how the register is to be kept can be found in the Ordinance regarding reporting of studies, etc., at higher education institutions (SFS 1993:1153, with amendments).
According to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), everyone entered on THM´s register has the right to access information regarding those details which have been registered. To apply for an extract from THM´s register, you must contact THM by way of a letter signed by you. According to GDPR, you have the right to request that your personal details be corrected, blocked or deleted if they have not been handled in the right way - from a legal point of view, that is.
